Bangalore-based vernacular language content app, Dailyhunt, has raised $25 million in Series D round of investment led by China-based ByteDance. The round saw participation from existing investors – Matrix Partners, Sequoia Capital India, Falcon Edge, Omidyar Partners and former Vodafone chief, Arun Sarin.

Bangalore-based startup Postman, which has made an API testing and management platform, has secured $7 million in Series A round of investment from Nexus Venture Partners. Along with an API management suite, it offers free apps for Chrome, Mac, and Windows to build APIs.

Hyderabad-based motorbike rental platform, Tazzo Technologies, has secured $225,000 in seed investment led by DSG Consumer Partners. The company offers a mobile app which can be used for renting motorbikes available in a user’s vicinity.
