Gurgaon based food delivery startup Twigly has raised $600,000 in investment from Tracxn Labs, Hyderabad Angels, Freecharge founder Kunal Shah and Flipkart vice-president (engineering) Gaurav Bhalotia and other angels.

Bangalore based Vernacular social network startup Sharechat, has raised $1.35 million in a seed round of funding led by SAIF Partners, with participation from existing investor India Quotient. The company offers a content sharing app for Indian users, which is available in 4 Indian languages, namely Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam and Telugu.

On-demand legal services provider HiGrit has raised an undisclosed amount in seed funding from two Chandigarh-based Ashish Mahajan and Sarvesh Sharma. The company has an online platform to provide legal services to startups, entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses and professionals.
