No matter what business you run, it’s important that you have quality employees to help you run and grow the company. It can be a difficult task to get these ‘A-players’. To take the right person onboard one must look past resumes and cover letters and learn more about the person (for instance- capability to learn). Employees need to have the skills and experience required to do the job, but they also need to fit in with the company culture and be willing to take direction and handle challenges as they come.
