Times Internet Acquires DIY SaaS Provider GetMeAShop

Times Internet has acquired the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Small Business Enablement platform GetMeAShop.com for an undisclosed amount.

This acquisition will help TIL to further enhance their offerings to their consumers across different verticals, thus paving way to a greater customer connect and providing them with a one stop solution for all their digital needs.

Founded in 2014 by Pushkal Srivastava, GetMeAShop is a SaaS firm which claims to have served over 1,800 business across the country. Using its platform, offline businesses can create their website and mobile app and manage them without any technical knowhow. The platform also lets businesses and individuals such as designers, retailers, restaurants etc. set up an online store with ability to enable online payments and logistic services on-demand.

In November, Times Internet had invested $15million in Taskbucks, acquiring a majority stake in the company.
