Online career counselor and education services firm, Careers360 has acquired Mumbai Angels-backed NoPaperForms, an enrollment management platform for educational institutes. No financial details of the deal have been disclosed by either of the companies.
The acquisition will help Careers360 augment and strengthen its B2B clientele offering and help institutes spend smartly on digital media.
Commenting on the development, Naveen Goyal, Director & Chief Strategy Officer of Careers360We maintained, “We plan to build strong analytics engine on top of the enrolment platform to help institutes judiciously spend money.”
Founded in 2008 by Maheshwer Peri and Rajesh Jain, Careers360 is an online community platform that assists students take informed decisions through its prediction/recommendation engine. The company claims to get about six million visitors every month.
As of now, NoPaperForms is currently managing about 200,000 applications for over 30 clients, which include business schools and universities. Goyal aims to take the platform to about 500 colleges within the next three years.Category Business News
