The founder of Angelpad, Thomas Korte, advises early stage tech-startups. Angelpad is one of the biggest incubators in US. Thomas used to work for Google as a tech-evangelist, his work and company inspired him so much that he went on making Angelpad. He says, “I was so bored of writing cheques and meeting people, I decided to build and help new companies.”
He started working at Google in 2002 and in the video he explains how Google built what we are seeing now. The philosophy of – never ask why, instead why not and not to say what you think, instead speak the data makes him an exception. The seven things that every startup should do like Google, share all the data with your employees (be transparent) and they won’t abuse it. This is how Thomas makes people understand the key behind a successful startup.
