Pokkt, a mobile video advertising platform in India and Southeast Asia, has raised close to $5 million from its existing and new investors. The new investors that participated are Segnel Venture PTE. LTD, Shinji Kimura and Sundar Chanrai.
With the raised investment the company plans to strengthen its technology & product along with enhancing their team so as to grow sales and revenues in the region.
In July 2014, the company had raised an amount of $2.5 million in Series A from JAFCO Asia, SingTel Innov8, Jungle Ventures and K Ganesh.
Founded in 2012 by Rohit Sharma, Vaibhav Odhekar and Manish Tewari, Pokkt is a mobile video advertising and app monetization platform that helps Gaming App Publishers in India & SEA monetize through in-app rewarded Video Ads.
Pokkt SDK is integrated with more than 150 game developers in India, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines & Vietnam and brands in the region to deliver targeted Mobile Video Ads.

Presently, it has a 25 people strong tech-center in Bangalore. Company’s automation platform uses market data science and predictive analytics to drive deeper engagement and optimized revenue from every user. The company has offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Bangkok, Singapore & Jakarta and a total team of 70 people.
Pokkt reaches out to more than 40 million unique users monthly and works with game publishers and advertisers in the region. Some of the publishers it has collaborated with in India are -Nextwave Multimedia, Disney, gaana, PaxPlay and others. Some of the advertisers are Lenovo, Pond’s, Snapdeal, Cadbury etc.
