Voodoo, a mobile digital assistant app that allows user to integrate with all the apps on their device, and helps them to get the deals, compare prices, get coupons & give recommendations for online shopping, has raised $1 million from SAIF Partners. Mohit Mittal & Vijay Reddy – the co-founders plan to use this funding to build a unique mobile first global shopping experience.
The company currently offers its services across the followings apps – Paytm, Jabong, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, Shopclues, eBAY, Myntra, HomeShop18, Indiatimes, Freecharge, Uber, TaxiForSure, Ola, Foodpanda, Zomato Order, Bookmyshow, Goibibo & 8 more. Users don’t need to launch Voodoo before they plan to shop online. they just open the app of their choice and Voodoo will show up with the best deal. The app helps users identify the cheapest options across a range of things including products from an e-commerce website or services like hailing a taxi.
