Icertis, an ERP solutions startup has raised a funding of $6 million. The funding has been led by US-based venture capital firm Greycroft Partners and participated by Fidelity Growth Partners India.
Icertis will use the funds for strengthening its R&D centre located in Pune, which designs software solutions for enterprise contract management on Microsoft cloud. The company had recently rolled out another company from its wings to manage its cloud and analytics based ERP-surround solutions, as reported by ET.
The company was founded in 2009 by Monish Darda and Samir Bodas, and currently operates through offices in Mumbai and Pune. The new funding raises the total sum of investments to $6.5 million.
