Cloud Integration Platform Zapstitch Secures $2M Pre-Series A Funding from Helion and Orios

Bangalore based cloud data integration platform, Zapstitch has raised $2 million in pre-series A round from Helion and existing investor Orios Venture Partners. In April 2014, the company had received seed funding from Anupam Mittal (founder & CEO of People Group) and a group of other angel investors.

As part of the deal, Helion’s partner, Alok Goyal and Orios’s partner, Rehan Yar Khan will join the board of the company. The new funding will be used to expand Zapstitch’s offering, strengthening its team as well as for marketing initiatives. It offers its products from $29 to $99 a month to firms and serves over 400 clients, 90% of whom are based in US and Canada.

Launched in in December 2013 by Satya P Devarakonda, co-founder of YourBus.in which was acquired by ibibo Group. Zapstitch helps SMBs to automate their data flow across different cloud-based services such as accounting software Quickbooks with an eCommerce tech platform Shopify. The firm offers four cloud business apps – Shopify, Quickbooks, Bigcommerce, and Magento.

Currently, the company offers integration between eCommerce and accounting apps and also plans to cover integrations of CRM, Marketing, HelpDesk, and other cloud business apps as well.
