Founded in 2011 by Gunjan Agrawal and Kunal Gandhi, the startup creates games to boost mathematical skills, like in arithmetic, fractions, decimals and memory building, for school kids. It uses online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart to sell its math board games and it has also tie-ups with schools in India. The company has developed games for grade 1-5.
Going forward, LogicRoots team will focus on the app, Mathaly, with US and Indian parents in mind. “Over the course of next 12 months our focus is to build stickiness and repeat value among students for Mathaly. Mathaly will see extensive gamification, newer levels, powers and more adventures, all while kids are practicing Math. Further, we will add depth to the artificial intelligence engine behind Mathaly to make the learning experience truly personal for every child. We want to really Reinvent How Kids Practice Math” said Kunal Gandhi, co-founder of Logic Roots.
