Just one and a half month after selling their business TaxiForSure to Ola for $200 million in a cash and equity deal, Co-Founders Aprameya Radhakrishna and Raghunandan G have left the company. At the time of acquisition, Arvind Singhal who was COO of the company has become CEO while Raghunandan and Radhakrishna have moved to an advisory role for an unspecified period.

As per a VCCircle report, the two co-founders now own 0.8% stake in Ola which is currently worth around $19 million and both didn’t reveal what they plans to do next. As part of the acquisition, TaxiForSure continues to operate as a separate entity and will help Ola to strengthen its mission to become the leader in the technology led cab aggregation space. TaxiForSure is currently in 47 cities with over 15,000 vehicles registered on its platform.
