Software developer Whatfix that helps users and businesses to create interactive help guides on their websites has raised Rs. 5.5 crore seed stage funding led by Helion Venture Partners.
US based venture capital firm Powerhouse Ventures, startup accelerator GSF and few Silicon Valley based angel investors also participated in the round, as reported by ET.
Whatfix was founded by former Huawei employees Khadim Batti and Vara Kumar in April 2013. The Bengaluru based startup will use funding to strengthen its technology, talent acquisition, marketing, to scale up sales and expand in markets like US, Canada, Europe and Australia.
Whatfix is a tool for creating ‘How To’ in form of interactive guides. It also helps in resolving customer queries with contextual help. P&G, Flipkart, bmc, Maxwell, etc are some of its corporate clients.
