LimeTray Expands to Five Cities; Looking to Raise $10M

Delhi-based Alchemy’s LimeTray, which operates an online platform that helps restaurants to run their day-to-day operations including ordering, online presence management, and customer relationship management, is looking to raise $10 million. The company is in talks with investors and will utilize the new funding to fuel further growth and expansion. It is now present in New Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Chennai.

In October 2014, the firm had secured a series A funding round led by Matrix Partners with participation from Umang Kumar, CEO of; Ankur Warikoo head (APAC) at Groupon; and Ankur Singla, CEO of Akosha. The company has over 800 paying merchant partners in the cities of Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune. It counts Yo-China, Mast Kalandar, Cocoberry, Bercos and LiteBite Foods amongst its clients.

LimeTray has a product suite that comprises of online stores, CRM system, Virtual Telephony and Last Mile fulfillment for small-scale F&B establishments to run their business better.
