Honey a social intranet, built to connect global teams,has raised a seed funding of a million dollars.The funding is company’s first in outside Investments, and is made by Point Nine Capital.
Honey’s platform allows its users to share resources, simplify team conversations, and support employee workflows internally and globally.
The new funding will be used by the company for growing its engineering department, customer success, and support teams.
The company was founded in 2013 and already claims to have over a hundred paying customers, including Capital One, Sesame Workshop, and Lowe’s Home Improvement, as reported by VB.
