After buying AT&T’s ‘Watson’ speech recognition platform in exchange for an undisclosed amount of equity, customer support company Interactions has now raised $9.5 million, as per a filing with SEC. The company hasn’t shared its plans with the new funding. The latest round brings the total capital of the company is $62.5 million.
The company has acquired Watson speech recognition platform in order to integrate and further drive development of a new generation of advanced speech and multi-modal services.
