Bengaluru-based online interior décor site Intruo has raised funding from angel investors including Ashutosh Lawania, co-founder, Myntra and FreeCharge co-founder Alok Goel, among others. The new funding will be used for product development and marketing.
As per VCCircle report, the round is expected to see almost 10-15 angel investors and will be close in next 10-15 days. Started in 2014 by Vishwas Goel and Abhishek Agarwal, Intruo is an online marketplace that offers interior decoration to customers. The startup claims to have more than 100 designers on board and also has an in-house designer. The firm gets around 20 orders a month and planning to launch its services across top five metros.
It plans to hit $10 million in revenues before end of this year. Another player in this domain Livspace, had secured USD 4.6 million from Helion Venture Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners and Jungle Ventures.
