After raising over ₹2 Crore in Seed round funding, recruitment startup myNoticePeriod has now secured ₹18 crore from IDG Ventures India in series A funding. As per a TOI report, the raised funding will be used to expand its team and enhance the technology platform.
Incubated at Nasscom’s 10,000 Startups Warehouse, the startup was founded by Manjunath Talwar and Abhijit Khasnis. myNoticePeriod is a marketplace that brings together recruiters and candidates serving their notice period. The company has 80,000 job seekers on its platform and more than 5,000 recruiters have signed up for its service.
Recently, the firm had rolled out an Android app that allows real time communication between recruiters and candidates using WhatsApp, SMS and schedulers. The one-year old startup helps recruiters to reduce the hiring lead time and makes it mandatory for job seekers to declare the best offer – Title and Salary and expires the profile at the end of the notice period.
