An IT monitoring platform for the Internet, ScienceLogic has raised $43 million in Series D round from Goldman Sachs with participation from NEA and Intel Capital. Previously, the company had raised $41 million. As per a TechCrunch report, ScienceLogic will use the investment to “accelerate sales, marketing, product development, and international market opportunities.”
ScienceLogic facilitates centralized IT operations and dynamic cloud management by uniting and correlating critical IT functions such as performance, fault, availability, asset, service desk, automation, and event management, all in a single product.
The company’s product portfolio ranges from application monitoring services to network, server and service-monitoring tools, it also launched its own app store for customized monitoring apps. It has about 20,000 customers ranging from enterprises to government organizations. Including this round, the firm had secured a total capital of $84 million till date in 4 rounds from 4 investors.
