Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has launched its new flagship device in the Mi series of smartphones – Mi Note. It features a 5.7 inch 3D curved glass display, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB RAM, 16/32GB storage, 3,000mAh battery, weighs 162 grams and is just 6.95mm thick.
The device has a 13MP Camera with optical image stabilization and 4MP front camera with 2-micron pixels. It is priced at USD 371 (INR 23,000) approximately for 16GB variant and USD 451 (INR 28,000) approximately for the 32GB variant. Mi Note will be available next week in Beijing in white-plus-silver and black models.
Alongside the Mi Note, Xiaomi has also announced the Mi Note pro that will arrive end of March in white-plus-silver, white-plus-gold and black models. It is priced at USD 533 (INR 33,000) approximately.
Mi Note Pro will come with a 5.7 inch display with 2560X1400 pixel resolution, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage and 3,090mAH battery.
Along with the devices, the company has also announced Mi Headphones and Mi Box Mini media player.
Indian availability for the devices is still unclear, however Mi Note is expected to arrive in the country in the second half of the year.
