Lenovo has launched its first octa-core based smartphone Vibe X2 in India. The smartphone was unveiled earlier in September at IFA and features a ‘multi-layered’ design. The company has sent out media invites for a launch event scheduled on November 6.
Update: Lenovo’s Vibe X2 smartphone is available online in India on Flipkart for INR 19,999 and seems to be available only in Gold colour option currently.
Let’s have a look at the Lenovo Vibe X2 :
The Lenovo Vibe X2 will come with a 5-inch IPS LCD multi touch display with the full HD resolution and a pixel density of 260 ppi.
Processor, RAM, Memory Space:
The Vibe X2 is powered by MediaTek’s MT6595m True8Core processor paired with a 2GB RAM.The smartphone comes with 32GB of inbuilt storage but it has no expandable storage slot.
The smartphone also features a 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera and LED flash at the back.
The Vibe X2 will succeed the Vibe X which comes with 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and 2300 mAh Li-Po non-removable battery. This battery claims to offer about 17 hours of 2G or 19 hours of 3G talktime. On the software front, it runs on Android KitKat wrapped under VIBE UI 2.0 skin.It is also 4G compatible (perhaps with Indian 4G networks as well). Besides, the Lenovo Vibe X2 has Bluetooth 4.0, dual band WiFi, and micro USB 2.0 port.
