Sony Xperia C3

Sony has launched its selfie-focused Xperia C3 Dual smartphone priced at INR 23,990 in India. The device is expected to be available from September 1 and comes with a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixel) Triluminos display, powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, with 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera and 1GB of RAM.


Its other features include 8GB of inbuilt storage (expanded up to 32GB), 2500mAh battery, weighs 150 grams, supports Android 4.2 OS and comes in Black, White and Mint colour variants. The smartphone’s connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi, and USB charging. The device is already available in Russia and China at RUB 13,990 (approximately INR 23,000) and CNY 1,999 (INR 19,700 approximately).

Asus Zenfone 4 A450CG

Asus has unveiled the Zenfone 4 (A450CG) available for pre-order on Flipkart at a price of INR 6,999, as per a FoneArena report. The handset has dual-sim slot, a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA screen, powered by 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor with PowerVR SGX544 GPU, 8MP rear camera with LED flash and 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera.


It runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Zen UI and also has 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory (expandable memory up to 64GB via microSD),1750 mAh battery and connectivity options include 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. The handset will go live in the next week and last month, Asus had also released  Zenfone 4 (A400CG).

HTC Desire 510

HTC has announced the first 64-bit Android smartphone named HTC Desire 510 features a 4.7-inch 854 x 480 screen, 1GB of RAM, a quad-core 1.2GHz CPU and Adreno 306 GPU, 2100mAh battery and 5MP rear camera (no flash) with 3MP front-facing camera with VGA video. Desire 510 is expected to go on sale next month in Europe and Asia as well as through select carriers in the US at a price of USD 247, but exact pricing is vary by market.


It offers 4G LTE connectivity, 8GB onboard storage (with a microSD slot), weighs158g, also supports Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC Sense 6 and BlinkFeed and comes in ‘Terra White’ and ‘Meridian Grey’ colour options.

Videocon V-style Feature Phones

Videocon has introduced four new feature phones includes  ‘Smart’, ‘Mega’, ‘Grande’, ‘Curve’, ‘Flip’ and ‘Mini’ in India priced between Rs 1,000 and Rs 3,000. V-style smart device running on Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS, priced at INR 2950 with a 3.5-inch 320 x 480p HVGA resolution screen, powered by 1GHz processor and 256MB ROM along with 16GB microSD card support.


The device has 1300mAh battery, 1.3MP back camera, can expects connect to GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and  a 118mm x 61.2mm x 9.6mm body.

Videocon V-Style Mega features a 3-inch IPS display, 1.3MP camera, 32GB microSD card support, FM radio, GPRS, Bluetooth, 1000mAh battery is priced at INR 1,999.

The Grande is a feature phone available at INR 1,899 that comes in blue, black and a free white panel back covers color options.

V-Style Flip and V-Style Curve, both priced at INR 1,749 and also features a 16GB microSD card support, a 2.4-inch QVGA panel, 900mAh rechargeable cell,1.3MP snapper, GPRS compatibility and FM radio.

The V-Style Mini is a smaller-sized feature phone with a QVGA resolution 2-inch screen, available at a price of INR 1,299 and also have VGA camera, 16GB memory expandability, Bluetooth support, GPRS connectivity, FM radio and a 1000mAh battery.
