Isn’t it cool to roll your hand on an object for just 2 seconds and get to know the calorie content of the eatable. Consumer Physics Inc., a startup based out of Tel Aviv, Israel, has come up with the invention of SCio- a pocket sized molecular sensor.
While the company has a working prototype of SCiO, the finished product has yet to be created -originally reported by mashable.com

A product which was just used by laboratories has now plannings to reach out to potential customers, feeling the sensitivity and need of such a product by a common man.
As far as working of the device is concerned – just press the white button for 2 seconds, where a beam of light will hit the desired object, as the required details can be obtained on your smartphone screen. Product range including cosmetics, clothes, flora, soil, jewels and precious stones, leather, rubber, oils, plastics, and even human tissue or bodily fluids can can be traced down by SCiO in a blink of an eye.
