According to a recent report by Anthony Ha of TechCrunch, European ad-tech company Adform has raised USD 5.5 million in Series B funding from Nordic Venture Capital Firm via Venture Partners. Founded in 2002, Adform had raised an undisclosed amount from the same firm in Jan 2010.
Adform ‘s focus is its ability to efficiently buy ads through real-time bidding, but its primary focus area is rich media ads,especially in the US.These ads can run across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Chief Marketing Officer Martin Stockfelth Larsen said the funding will allow it to become “more aggressive,” in the United States, where it already has two offices in NY and LA.
Adform is also gearing up to launch its own data management platform and expanding its efforts in outdoor advertising.
