Twitter, Adobe, WPP in talks with Simplify360 for strategic investment/ acquisition

Global firms like Twitter, Adobe, etc. are now reportedly targeting Bangalore based social media analytic firm, Simplify360 for acquisition. Recently, this company has been ranked among the established Analytics Product players in India by Nasscom and Frost & Sullivan.

Founded in 2009, Simplify360 is an initiative of a group of founders including Bhupendra Khanal, Rohit Gupta, Sweta Sharma, Deep Sherchan, Binit Thapa and Laxmi Khatiwada. Platform which enables businesses to carry out social media monitoring, social media marketing, social customer service and social media research.

The platform provides services such as Online Reputation Management, Customer Service, Community Management, Social Media Research & Brand Auditing, Online Sales Lead Generation, and Consumer Sentiment Analysis.

It currently serves brands such as Yamaha, Revlon, Target, Wipro, Mahindra Retail and ITC. Also, the company claims itself to be the only company to work with the top 3 media agency groups in the world like Havas, WPP and Publicis.

Simplify360 operates directly or through partners in the US, Malaysia, Korea, and the Netherlands to name a few and its products and services are sold in over 100 countries.

Recently, the app monitoring solution startup, Little Eye Labs have also been acquired by Facebook.
