For shipping it is tied up with Logistics Company like Bluedart and will be shipping products all over India. Its store is offering free shipping beyond orders of INR 1000 and is also offering Cash on Delivery option but on additional charges along with other modes of online payments.
There is also a 30 day exchange policy, with a option to cancel orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
The store allows segregate products based on size, colour and price. On the product detail page, apart from generic product details, all the products have complete information regarding the material and how to take care of the product.
There is also a style note with each product suggesting customers with possible ways to try that particular product.
