“The category is undergoing quite a lot of change and new trends are emerging with new challenges. It is important to develop efficiencies and effectiveness across all functions… Our eCommerce store has been built keeping in mind scale and the ability to rapidly add new features and evolve in the coming months. This will ensure that we stay ahead of the curve in order to seize the new opportunities the category would keep throwing up,” said Mr. Sudhir M. Jatia, Chairman & Managing Director, Safari (India).
