Footwear brand Heel and buckle adds ecommerce as a new channel of sales

heelandbuckleLondon based multi-brand concept footwear label Heel and Buckle which was brought in India by Naaysa Lifestyle has recently launched its webstore. “ represents another opportunity for new and existing customers to shop and interact with Heel and Buckle, and we believe it will be a strong contributor to the continued growth and success of the Heel and Buckle brand in India,” said Dhiraj Bhatija, joint managing director of Naaysa Lifestyle.

The new store will allow users to access all its products including footwear and accessories for both men and women online.

Heel and Buckle was launched as a bespoke studio in London’s Hampstead, in 2011. Being a multi-brand concept footwear label, it stocks only those designs which it finds worthy for its clientele.

Few brands available on the store include Rad Russel, Alessandro Magnanni, Paco Gil, Pazzion etc.

Users can select products based on type, size, style and colour.

The store also has a unique Home Service, where it puts together shoes of a particular size and style and delivers them to the customer with a sales specialist, who will walk the customer through the process of purchasing a shoe.

Currently the store in delivering products in few states including Andhra Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar, Arunachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Chattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Nagaland, Tamil Nadu, Tripura and more. While it is process of introducing shipping in a few more cities including Assam, Kerala, Orissa, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh etc.

Wells looks now no offline play is willing to avoid online as its channel of sales, as we have seen in past week a number of offline brands going online including 109F, HM Megabrands, even logistics company DTDC recently launched its ecommerce arm and also travel bags and luggage brand Safari Bags is soon going to launch its online store.
