Also, the customers can easily track their orders online and get a real time status for the same.

For a typical order of 1 packet weighing 10kgs and having dimensions of 1x1x1 unit, the following quotes will be received from various courier companies:

Once the order is placed, the packet will be picked up from the person’s doorstep and will be delivered within 24-40 hours in case of metro cities. Delivery to B-class cities such as Surat, Vishakhapatnam, Lucknow, etc could take anywhere between 40-72 hours and a little more for the other cities. Whereas, international orders could take anywhere between 3-5 working days.

In case the packet is not delivered to the concerned person due to any service issues related to, the company claims to refund full amount to the customer. However, in case the user booking the courier defaults, no refunds will be made.

As believed by CEO of, Mr. Sahu, this service could reduce the shipping costs by more than half for the end user. “ A minimum shipping amount for premium couriers comes to be around INR 380 for an individual. With, it can be reduced to somewhere around INR 70-80”, he added.

The pickup service is currently available from 5 major metro cities, Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai and will increase to all zone 1 and major zone 2 cities across India by First Quarter of 2014. currently offers deliveries to 17000+ pincode in India and 200+ countries across the world.

It has a tie up with India Post, which allows it to deliver anywhere in India along with more than 10 top courier companies in India and abroad such as Blue dart, Aramex, Fedex, ups, TNT and First Flight, etc.

The platform is based on ERP model.
