After Mumbai,’s salon and spa finder expands services to Gurgaon

Purplle’s Salon & Spa finder allows users to get access of comprehensive information about Salons and Spas in a city which includes name of venues, contact numbers, addresses, menus, reviews, location on map, offers running etc.

One can browse salons, spas and wellness centers by location, services, or even search by any keyword offered.

The company had earlier launched Salon and Spa Finder initially in Mumbai, where it lists around 1200 Salons which include Sapna Bhavnani’s ‘Mad O Wot’, Savio John Pereira, b:blunt, Jean Claude Biguine, Lakme Salons,  etc.

The Gurgaon section of the website has gone live in June this year and has currently listed over 100 salons, spas and wellness centers across the city.

With this, the section also sells e-vouchers for the salons as well.

It also has senior beauty and grooming professionals like Sandhyaa Chandra, Savio John Pereira and Rekha Chaudhari for advice and recommendations for the users.

Manish Taneja, CEO, said that they wanted to bridge the gap between the end consumers who seek professional recommendations for their concerns. “With the Salon and Spa Finder we have attempted to provide our users a holistic experience. They will take so much more than just products from the website.”

For future plans to expand it’s Salon & Spa finder service in Delhi & NCR, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad & Chennai. offers all sort of beatuty products for both man and woman including fragrances, skincare, electronics, makeup, etc. Currently it gets 500 orders per day with ticket size of around INR 1100-1200.

It was founded by Manish Taneja in 2011, who was previously analyst for Fidelity Growth Partners and a had also worked as Associate & Analyst for Avendus Capital. The company claims to be backed by top tier angel investors and recently it has also raised Series A funding.
