Eatisfy- A complete restaurant discovery service

Eatisfy-2With the concept of online restaurant guides and online restaurant reservation gaining heights, another platform has been recently launched by the founders of, an online restaurant reservation platform. Wherein Grouptable primarily focuses on offering customers discounted rates for group dining, Eatisfy is a comprehensive guide that provides customers a virtual experience of eating out by presenting detailed information of every restaurant.

Apart from providing restaurant details such as menu, signature dishes, reviews by fellow diners, etc, the Bangalore based startup Eatisfy provides some unique features such as filtering options on basis of different cuisines, categories like A la Carte or Buffet restaurants, vegetarian dining and fine dining or luxury options. In addition, the search filter makes locating a restaurant easy, as users can find out more about a restaurant that they heard of by just entering its name in the box along with the convenient area-wise listing of restaurants.

Also at Eatisfy, HD quality photographs of restaurants provide a glimpse into the restaurant’s ambiance to help in deciding whether it’s a good choice for a team lunch, birthday celebration or a romantic evening. As compared to other existing platforms like Zomato, Burp, EveningFlavors, etc, Eatisfy also gives the option for online table booking to the diners and facility of interaction with restaurant manager.


The portal provides reward points for frequent dining, writing authenticate reviews of the restaurants, or for every invited friend who joins Eatisfy. These reward points can be accumulated to earn gift certificates that can be redeemed at the respective restaurants.

Currently, with around 800+ restaurants listed on its portal, Eatisfy is operating in cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Kolkata. The restaurants can list on the portal for free, but requires to pay for banner advertisement. Also, for each booking through Eatisfy, the restaurant has to pay 10% of the revenue earned through it to Eatisfy. The portal services are free for the end users.

With a team size of 23, the venture is now focusing on increasing their tie ups with restaurants and earning revenues in these cities. To make people aware about the portal, the team is utilizing digital media such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, banner displays, email campaigning and blogging. Also, the network of and individual marketing modes has been adopted by the company for promoting Eatisfy. The start up is currently self funded and is looking out for raising funds in near future with plans to get break-even in next 2-3 months.
