I have a store on Shopify. I made the terrible mistake of moving to Singtel or (shopify.asia) and had the worst experience ever. They switched the store without any information and my site went down – I could not even log into the admin. Then, they sent an email asking me to make a upfront monthly payment before I could do anything. Not only that, now I got a email with a form which I MUST fill or again the site could be down.
So Please stay away from Sintel Shopify – directly sign up with Shopify and stay there. The free apps and stuff from Singtel is of no use and the headaches will be just not worth it.
