The closet label, online fashion portal by Malaika Arora Khan

The Label Corp, working to bring in private labels across different product categories in India, had announced launch of its yet another private label ecommerce venture for fashion products “The closet label” will offer outfits, accessories and wardrobe essentials.

The Closet Label team has been joined in by Malaika Arora Khan as the Creative Director and Tastemaker with all the outfits to be offered by the website personally designed by her. This will be the second celebrity designed label launched by Label Corp, previously it had launched home decor private label,,  directed by Sussanne Roshan, wife of Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan.

The main idea behind the launch of The Closet Label  is to  to cater the fashion needs women by keeping fashion, latest trends and price in mind and also to spread fashion awareness.

Talking at the launch, Malaika Arora Khan says about the excitement to be a part of the team targeted towards women clothing, to dress up effortlessly – ‘chic 24×7’. “With I’m enthusiastic to get a chance to dress beautiful women across the country”, she adds.

The website offers products based on moods (Lounge, Sleep, Play, Essentials). It also has a special gift voucher feature which  have a lifelong validity. We hope the portal stays forever to redeem it. It offers free shipping for orders above INR 1500 only.

Closet Label is the brainchild of Preeta Sukhtankar who is a marketing professional and has worked with brands like Elle, MTV, Percept, etc. In the coming time Label Corp will be bringing in more such private label with celebrity creative designers. Two more such brands will be launched this year and five by the end of next year.
