Bizspark’s awesome Pune and Delhi startups and earlier winners

Microsoft Bizspark has finally reached Delhi-NCR and the cultural capital of Maharashtra – Pune. The cities are two major upcoming start-up hubs in the country after Bangalore.

Chosen startups are providing services under the umbrella of cloud computing and mobile applications. Following are the selected startups –

AadhaarUp (Delhi)- AadharUp provides mobile payment solution in India. Its efficient and easy -to-use mobile app allow users to make payments  to individuals and merchants with a single click. The company also offers point of sale terminals to merchants at lower costs compared to other existing options, with almost instantaneous activation. The company was backed by GSF in 2012 with Rajesh Sawhney as its mentor.

Appacitive (Pune) – A cloud based mobile and rich internet applications developer. To make app development simple, Appactive has created a scalable backend for an app developer termed as BaaS (Backend as a service) which provide developers a readymade backend process and save their time and efforts.

Camplace(Pune) – The company provides campus recruitment services on a cloud hosted platform. Connecting companies and candidates online, the portal provides communication facilities using voice, video and messages for a seamless and live interaction.

Chauka(Pune) – On a mission to revolutionize amatueur cricket in India, enables cricketers to find other cricketers, schedule matches, track their stats and get ranked. Its Android App, Chauka Cricket Scorer, help ‘gali’ cricketers to record ball to ball match score and share it which is pretty amazing and can attract masses in this cricket loving country.

Incights (Delhi) – Incubated by Indian Angel Network (IAN), Incights, operates in voice biometric technology providing voice signature services. It allow businesses to replace their tradition passwords to a voice based authentication security system.

IntelloCut(Delhi)- IntelloCut is a cloud based material planning software from sewn products industry. The company, with its advanced algorithms and complex data analysis claims to help manufacturers reduce their cost upto 10% in the process of buying, cutting and use of material.

Interview Mocha(Pune) – Helping companies screen jobseekers through its online video interview solution. Unlike Skype or other live interview techniques, Its Saas platform is completely automated and allow companies to watch, share, rate and compare the candidate interviews and thus help selecting a right candidate.

Kumi Labs (Delhi) – A mobile gaming app development company having games such as Bubble Pop, Match Pings and MAtch Box in its portfolio.

Musicfellas(Delhi)- Founded by Bits Pilani Alumni, Musicfellas is a social Indie music discovery platform, which help people explore new independent Indie music artists. The startup was also selected by the tLabs in its second batch.

Nextwave(Pune) – Nextwave which started as a web application development company has now launched Profitbooks, a cloud based accounting and payroll management software for SMEs.

Social Cops (Delhi) – Is a Web and Mobile platform where Citizens, NGOs and City Councils come together to solve day to day civic problems. Through SocialCops, citizens can easily report their civic issues like open manholes, leaking drainages etc. via internet and mobile.

TagNpin (Delhi)- TagNpin is a DIY referral cum loyalty tool. Its social loyalty program help Brands to reward their customers for purchases as well as for social sharing.

Other selected Delhi startups includes – Divas Software, Mobileod2 Technologies and One-Learn Education.

Other selected Pune startups includes – ANTfarm, Easy Payment Links, Webwingz Softwares, Revolutiontex Solutions and kPoint Technologies, MiracleCartes.

tLabs India, Times Internet owned start-up accelerator will be hosting the Delhi event and Pune event will take place in Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology, Hinjewadi (Pune) starting at 9:30AM on June 1 simultaneously.

Post this event, Microsoft will be left with 5 more cities including Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Coimbatore, Bangalore and Chennai, before the grand finale on June 7th in Bangalore.
