The French multinational advertising and public relations company, Publicis Groupe confirmed today the acquisition of Indian technology service providing firm Neev, though the amount involved in deal remained undisclosed.
The move targets the launch of Razorfish brand in India, to offer scaled expertise to the country. Neev with this acquisition is looking forward to increase its client portfolio and innovate its solutions by combining creativity and technology.
The agency will now operate as Razorfish Neev led by Neev CEO, Saurabh Chandra. He will report into Kanika Mathur, Managing Director for Razorfish and Digitas India, with a direct connection to Ray Velez, Global CTO for Razorfish.
Neev Technologies, founded in 2005 by Saurabh Chandra and Santosh Shetty, is an Outsourced Product and Application Development Company, focused towards leveraging technology and innovation to serve business processes better. Neev also specializes in providing products in areas of video streaming, eCommerce, data visualization including patents in cloud and mobility.
