PICKME esolutions raised Series A funding

PICKME, an online reverse logistics service provider, offering doorstep gadget repair services has raised undisclosed amount in Series A round from Early-stage VC fund Blume Ventures along with Chennai Angels and Mumbai Angels.

It was founded in 2011 by Praful Wadyalkar, Wilbret D Raj and Joseph Sudhakar, and is currently offering services in Mumbai, Thane, Delhi NCR, Bangalore and Nasik. It tries to cut the cycle of gadget repairing for a consumer and handles total process of gadget pickup and repair from the doorstep.

How it works ?

With just a click online, SMS or phone call they can get doorstep pickup of gadgets for repair and also ensure that they reach within 4 hours of the call. Pickme also provides regular updates on the status of the repair of your gadget. Real time updates are also available online.

Currently, PICKME is generating revenue through its two plans of INR 149.99 & INR 199.49 for single gadget repair and multiple visits. It has partnered with TVSe, Staples and HCL and is providing services with payment methods such as debit card, credit card, cash card and Netbanking.
