Kiranawalla delivers the order within optional slot within minimum possible time; however, it also claims to ensure deliveries within an hour to some of the areas in Banglore. Currently it ensures delivery of orders beyond Rs. 100 across 20 locations of Banglore including Bana Shankar Road, Fraser town, HSR layout, Jay Nagar, Kormangala, Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Indira Nagar, BTM layout, RT Nagar. All products sold on Kiranawalla.com are covered under a 15-day-Replacement-Guarantee and commits to replace any products for a replacement or refund. Currently it offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as only payment option, however it is also slated to integrate plastic card payment soon.
