Mangostreet supports online transactions like all major international credit card payments, net banking (39 banks) including Cash on Delivery (COD), ITZ cash payments and convenient mobile payment options. Its online payment mechanism is being managed by payment gateway CCAvenue. In order to offer better look and feel to end consumer, it offers a total of over 10 different views for every product and has a state-of-art in-house studio to ensure the same.
On its shipping and logistic front, it claims to dispatch every order within 24 hours from the time it’s placed and takes another 5-7 days to get delivered at consumer’s doorstep. It ensures free shipping and does not have any minimum order size for delivery. BluDart takes care of its logistics part and currently operates from a centrally warehouse located in Delhi and it covers over 4,500 pincodes and of which around 2,600 are applicable for ‘Cash on Delivery’.
