Inorbit Malls for setting benchmarks in digital marketing in India has received an award at the ICSC Asia Pacific Shopping Center Awards held at Shanghai. The award was accepted by Kishore Bhatija, CEO, Inorbit Malls, on behalf of the company, which has now become the only Indian shopping center to have won the same honor twice at Asia Pacific Shopping Center Awards.
With a fan base of more than 1.75 lakh people, was awarded for its achievements in strategic digital programs and its impact on the shopping center industry and customers. Inorbit Malls, Malad first opened its doors to the public in early 2004, in Mumbai. The mall has a universal class and appeal and seeks to provide a one-stop destination for fashion, lifestyle, food, and entertainment leading to an international experience for families.
In 2010, Inorbit mall expanded its online community through contests, polls, updates, retailer information and distributing vouchers to the company’s Facebook fans. Along with Facebook, the company also used Foursquare and Twitter to engage with the customers.

Inorbit has now received a total number of 35 awards till date. ICSC’s Asia Pacific Shopping Center Awards recognizes excellence within the region’s shopping center industry and honors achievements in marketing and design/development of retail properties.
